We offer free shipping for all our shipments. If the products you ordered are in stock, we offer a delivery period of 3 - 5 business days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery period can be up to 7 to 12 business days.
Return Policy
We attach great importance to your satisfaction and have made this our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return the items in question within a period of 14 days after receipt. We kindly request that you follow the steps below to ensure correct handling:
- Please complete the returns form carefully, ensuring that all requested information is accurately stated.
- For a smooth return procedure, it is important that the return form is completed completely and correctly.
Conditions for requesting a return
For a valid refund, the returned item must meet the following guidelines:
- The product must be in its original and (if applicable) unused condition, including all associated labels and tags.
- There must be no visible signs of actual consumption (if applicable).
- The seal must not be broken on hygiene products.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion of damage due to use or external damage that is not our responsibility.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible. The purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
If you have not received a refund yet, we kindly request that you first check your bank account. It can take some time before a refund is officially processed. Then contact your credit card company. If the situation is still not processed, you can contact your bank. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact our customer service via info@limaa.nl
Conditions:
- The costs of returning an item are for your own account, these are not refunded. Products must be returned to the factory in China. Higher costs may apply here. Prices for this can be found on the Postnl or DHL website.
- Please note that items such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products are not subject to our returns policy for hygienic reasons and therefore cannot be returned.
- Returns of items obtained through competitions or sales are not valid; in such cases, only exchange for a voucher is possible.
- We request that you provide the return package with a track and trace code (at your own expense), this is extremely important for a successful return process.
- Once you return the package, we kindly request that you share a photo and/or link of the track and trace code with us by email.
- Please include the completed return form in the return package.
- The returned item must be unused and sealed.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- We emphasize that the returned damaged products, which are damaged by external factors, cannot be processed.
